Our roasting and distribution facility is located at Taren Point in Sydney and is HACCP Certified to meet the stringent requirements to ensure our products are food safe.
We have three, modern Diedrich coffee roasters that enable us to roast as little as a kilo, for research and development, to multiple tons per day to meet our production needs.
All our equipment and profiling software is state-of-the-art. For example, once we have created a roasting profile for a particular coffee it’s stored in the software and replicated to a tenth of a degree accuracy at any given point in the roasting process.
Once the coffee is roasted, an automated packaging system enables us to package as many as 35 bags per minute.
Every coffee is tested on a daily basis with laboratory grade equipment, then tasted to ensure roast and flavour consistency – nothing is left to chance.
We are members of the Australian Coffee Traders Association and the Franchise Council of Australia.

There are just over 3500 people in the world that are qualified to grade coffee (Q-Graders). One of those Q-Graders is on our team, and also holds internationally recognised qualifications for coffee roasting. Another staff member has been drinking coffee for almost 60 years, has won numerous awards for coffee roasting, and is a Coffee Judge at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
